I understand, there is a lot of commotion about scripts and anyone being banned who uses them to completely run hfff by themselves with no human input.

However, I was wondering would it be bannable if all I did was make it so when I hit my hero flag key, it'll click it in the right spot for me? So I would have 5 different keys binded, and manually hit each one to flag the heroes.

Then manually use all their run skills and take the quest/reward like normal.

I don't think it should be bannable seeing as how I would have to be at computer every step of the way, and all it is doing, is making it so I won't misclick on an area that can't be reached by accident. But then again, I suppose it could be considered a bad thing.

Also, if I am not the only one who's thought of making it so when you click the hero flag button, that you'd have it click on the right spot for you. I was curious, could anyone mind sharing their advice? Because right now, I have it so like insert is binded to hero flag one and in the script to click on the right spot. But when I go in game and hit insert, it never pulls up the flag and plants it, instead it just clicks the spot without planting the flag.

Not sure about this, but you can just get a texmod thing that highlights it on your map (Anets says Texmod is ok). You'll get used to it after 500 hours or whatever anyway.

It's an interesting idea, and as to whether it'd be acceptable by ANet, I'm not sure...
However, as for coding it - could you make it a process? IE: Assign Hero Flags to another button - so that you press Key1 - which does "Key2 (Hero X), Location"
Otherwise, make it slightly delayed? Milliseconds or something, so that it applies the Flagging before the location.

Either way, try to find out if this is acceptable - as it would be classified as Macro..
Your best bet is to just use Texmod, put dots on where you flag.
